RETURNS
We want every purchase with us to be a customer-friendly experience, even where returns are concerned. Please see below our terms around the returns process and refunds.
Unwanted items
- Process: If you purchase an item you no longer wish to keep or would like to exchange, you can return the item so long as it is in a saleable condition (see below for further details) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund by way of original payment method. Please send us an email at hello@indiestories.co.uk to let us know the parcel is on its way with details of the return/exchange, complete this return form and include this with your parcel and retain proof of postage as the responsibility of the item(s) before it reaches us sits with the customer.
- Cost of Return: Unless the whole original order is returned, the cost of returning the item(s) falls to the customer. Where the whole original order is returned, we shall also refund the original cost of postage.
- Refund of payment: We will provide a refund within 14 days of the date we receive the goods from you or from the date on your proof of postage, whichever is the earlier.
- Saleable Condition – in order to provide an exchange/refund the item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging including all relevant tags. If the item has been worn, used or damaged we will be unable to process the exchange/refund.
Faulty items
- Process: We hope that this is something you do not experience but in the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us in the first instance so we can resolve as soon as possible.
- Cost of Return: Following inspection of the item, should it be determined that the fault is due to a manufacturing error and the item has been returned within 30 days, we will refund the full cost of postage paid.
- Refund of payment: Following inspection of the item, should it be determined that the fault is due to a manufacturing error and the item has been returned within 30 days, we will provide a refund within 14 days of the date we receive the goods from you or from the date on your proof of postage, whichever is the earlier.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
